Vehicle Crime Court Update |
||
You may remember us telling you about a spate of theft from vehicles in Lytham St Annes back in August.
Fylde Rural Task Force arrested and charged two males in relation to these offences and we can now provide you with an update🧑⚖️
A male, aged 16, from Blackpool has been sentenced to a youth rehabilitation order, electronic tag and overnight curfew.
A male, aged 17, from Blackpool has been sentenced to a youth rehabilitation order, electronic tag, overnight curfew and ordered to pay £500 compensation.
Despite the court case being concluded, we continued our investigation in a hope to recover stolen property including a Rolex watch which was of sentimental value to the victim⌚
The team carried out numerous enquiries which lead to a further arrest of a male for handling stolen goods.
With dedication and commitment, we were able to trace the watch to an address in London which was soon recovered with the help of The Metropolitan Police👮
Yesterday Fylde Rural Task Force had the pleasure of returning the watch to the victim who had lost all hope of seeing it again.
We want to assure you that this level of service is given to all of our victims, no matter the value of the items stolen. During our investigations we have recovered and returned a vast range of stolen items including cars, tools, helmets, headphones, aftershave and more! 🎧
We can't always promise that we will recover your stolen items, but we can promise that we will try our absolute best in doing so.
Although we don't have a say on court sentencing results, what we do have a say on is the service we deliver to our victims🤝 | ||
